Ribbon pleating..so an easy one.... yes?
I have used my large spellbinder dies for the card shape, another so cute image from Crafters Companion, ribbon is from Crafty Ribbons, flower stamp is from Chole's cards......

This is so pretty! I love the black and white with the pale pink ribbon. Great idea with the brads on the top of the pleating. It looks terrific.
