Time to share some news with you all here at Crafty Ribbons we are having another of our fabulous events this time we are........

To kick off our new event we are offering some fabulous ribbon candy......

DT card for Totally PaperCrafts

TGIF ......Thank god it's Friday!! really this week has not been too bad, just did not seem to have much time for ME...lol.
Have been on a two day course called Suicide Assist, which means to be a first aider for people who are thinking of committing suicide. It was very interesting course, but is a bit intense.  Did relax a bit last night and made some DT projects, which helped a load.
Now here is my DT card for Totally  Paper crafts  the theme this week is a photo inspiration.

I so loved this photo of the dog and how cute and cozy he looked i did not even notice the pale blue wall behind him..lol

Summers come...NOT!!

Good Morning.....I saw the Queen yesterday, in her lovely peach outfit, she looks really well for a little Nana as my daughters  call her, she was in Sunderland on her tour, hubby and her were  having a lovely natter as they drove by me.   Wonder what they were saying....lol.

Now onto my card, this is my DT card for CRAFTY RIBBONS, yep the ribbon is from Crafty ribbons, the image is a LOTV ..Our theme this week is Summer/Beach, I have gone with the more summer side of things,
I used to love playing on my swing in the summer when i was a little girl.

First Christmas

Good Morning......This is my First Christmas card for this year.....not like me to get started early..lol, but i wanted to share this fabulous ribbon from CRAFTY RIBBONS with you. I have used a stamp from Chloe's stamps and embossed with gold embossing powder, added little green gems and two little berries from my Christmas crackers last year...yeah it pays to throw nothing away..lol

So one down, just another 79 to go......hehe

WOW..Are you seeing what i can see out of my window...SUN and blue sky i am amazed, LOL

Now here is my card i quickly put together last night for the Inspiration Blog over at Crafty ribbons.

The ribbon is an infusion ribbon and is beautiful, you can find it here , it is also available in other colours. because this has wire in, i was able to give the impression that there is a double  bow but there isn't, which is good because then i don't have to use all my gorgeous ribbon...lol. I have kept the card CAS so as show off the ribbon. Distressed my card with Tim Holtz pink shade  and added one of the lovely little butterfly's to the image which is a bugaboo image.

LAYER IT UP

Hi there ....Hows things with everyone, i am beginning to think we will get a late summer, everyone is so sick of the weather lately, I work as a nurse and every other patient i speak to in clinic are totally sick with the weather, loads have already had there summer holidays...abroad may i add. well just another 12 weeks for mine. lol hope the time will fly by.   ok enough of the weather!!!!

ladybird ladybird .....

Hi and HAPPY Thursday .....as it's Thursday i have my usual DT creations to share with you, this one is for CRAFT challenge and our theme this week is now don't laugh.......SUMMER ...yep i know it's a joke right we have not had any yet, have we...well you can create it on your lovely card just for us!!
This is mine....gone a little OTT with the ladybirds but i don't see many of them around these days a bit like the SUN!!

Ribbon card

Morning bloggers ..Thought i would share with you my card which i made for the CRAFTY RIBBONS inspiration blog, have you had a peek there lately, its full of fab ways to use your ribbons.

This card is using the Ric Rac, Polka dot and saddle stitch ribbon all from CRAFTY RIBBONS. The butterfly is from a die cut sheet from buzz craft. You could just add a flower or a sentiment to finish the card, instead of the butterfly if you wanted too.
