can you make flowers??

Hi blog land...wow i'ts hot...but lovely, would be better if we didn't have to go to work though..lol

Today brings a new challenge at TOTALLY PAPERCRAFTS and the theme this week is  

Make your own flowers. 

this my little attempt, punched flower shapes out six times, then wet and scrunched them up and used heat gun to dry them, inked the edges once all attached together with a brad.

. 

the flowers along the bottom is ribbon from Crafty Ribbons, the image is a sarah kay image which i have had stamped for ages now....

Very CAS for me!

Hi just me again with my DT card for CRAFTY RIBBONS ...our theme is CAS with a ribbon

Well this is mine very CAS for me.....

The ribbon is from here  which is actually bias binding.......added a bit of bling and stamped and embossed the flower, stamp is a  Chloe's stamp.

The prize is these gorgeous ribbons.....

aaah so wish it was my hols!!

Hello and Happy Thursday....i have a few posts this week so they will be kept short and sweet, just like me...lol

Today sees a new challenge starting at CRAFT the theme is an inspiration photo

now i have lost my mojo for this card, it's not been around all week, really struggling not in a craft mood at all. so ready for my hols i think, which are still a long way off! 

so this is my interpretation, went with the whole relax and colour thing. 

Used a Penny Black stamp which has never been inked up for ages, embossed the blue mirror card and added ribbon from stash, used a MS boarder punch and a little glitter on the flower.

Christmas in July

Morning my blogging friends....It's Christmas in July over at CRAFT this week as we want to see your Christmas creations......well we are nearly half way there are we not!! lol

The image i have used is one from our sponsor Patties Creations called snow covered lamp post,

 i have added glitter on mine but it doesn't show up much on the photo

I have heat embossed my main card, then attached the image with a fine silver mirror card strip down the side with ribbon  from Crafty Ribbons.

Pretty ribbons all in a row!!

Hi there...well i have just added the details about this card totally forgot last night....so thankyou to my friends who left a sweet comment regarding it...

These are all ribbons available from Crafty Ribbons store...the colours  are gorgeous don't you think? 

I punched three heart shapes out of white card, and attached the ribbons on the back then mounted onto silver mirror card then onto my base card....pleased with the effect it has given ...

Summer is the time for weddings

ooh to be young again!!

Hi there, well i don't know if i would want to be young again, coz then you have it all to do again...dont you!! Well here is my DT creation for CRAFTY CATZ.

This week our fab Aunty Sue has chosen our theme of 

CHILD'S PLAY 

We got to play with some gorgeous images from Redonkadoodles they have recently gone with a name change if you are wondering previous name was redonkulas

My image is called Karate kid, added buttons and ribbon from stash.

Oooh Boy!!

Hello again just another quick post to tell you about our new challenge starting at

Now i know i moan about doing male cards but i think these images make them much easier to get your head around....don't you think?

I have embossed this lovely blue coloured mirror card and just added some simple stripes of DP and few little buttons.
