Digi time !!

Hello again, I have  a lovely day off today, taking my two daughters to the airport...first time away from home with out mam and dad....oooh i am sure there will be tears, mostly on my part i hate farewells even though i know they are coming back...lol  

Well this is my FIRST post for TOTALLY PAPERCRAFTS design team, and the theme this week is use a digi image, well that's an easy one don't you think? there is so many around these days. even FREEBIES !!  This image i have used is one of my fav, great for the guy cards,  it's from Digi doodles.

Hoot Hoot !!

Hi there...or should i say hoot hoot !! have you noticed there is a lot of owl stamps and images around at the moment, i went to the papercraft show on Sunday gone in Houghton-le spring and i saw a lot there too. i am quite liking them at the mo.

Now on to m DT card for CRAFT, the theme starting today is Feathers/Bird and this image is from one of our sponsors which is Digi Doodle, they are sponsoring our star of the month.....don't know where these months go...nearly July already!

Ribbon tassel

Hi There...well it's mid week, hump day!! some peeps say lol Here is a little quick card i made to show you these thin ribbons which you can get from CRAFTY RIBBONS. just tied them together in a loop and cut to the length i needed them to form the tassel, added a flower and a bow at the top to finish off. I have embossed the back ground with the Swiss dots folder which is my fav don't you know... i use it time and time again....lol you would think it was the only one i had.

Pastel colours !!

Hello and Good Afternoon, well i have just come in from work and i am soaking wet....from head to toe, the heavens opened whilst walking to the car, it should have waited a little while longer, so i am running my bath as i speak...lol going for a nice soak.

Did not have time this am to add my card for CRAFTY CATZ  so here it is now. The theme is pastel colours......i have used our sponsor image on the inside as i have made this a pop up card.

Now i am sure you can guess what the challenge is at CRAFTY RIBBONS blog this fortnight.......
Yeah .....CAS...clean and simple, this was chosen by me, hope you play along with me
Do you like my Teddy Bo, saw these free stamps on the monthly crafting mag when shopping at Asda on Saturday, thought must have this, so yes in the basket it went. The ribbon is of course from CRAFTY RIBBONS , such a quick and easy card to do.

This was another stamp which was included, i used this one on my husbands card for Fathers day, ribbon is from CRAFTY RIBBONS .

colour challenge at CRAFT

Good Morning...How are we all....I'm fine... had a lovely Day Off yesterday and the SUN was shining how strange was that...lol. Had to spend most of the afternoon catching up on my DT cards for this week, this post is one of them. so behind this week, most unlike me.
I did find time to go to hairdressers to have my hair cut, oh and a little retail shopping with my two daughters, they go away on holiday next Friday, mmmm mother bear not happy, as first time they have been away with out us, will not rest until they are back...lol
Now onto my card, the challenge this week is a colour challenge at CRAFT

RIBBON POWER

Hi Here is a little inspiration for you...well i hope! I have used ribbon from CRAFTY RIBBONS the swiss dots and the organza swiss dots,  this would be great to use up small pieces of ribbon which you have left over. I have attached them to the back of a die cut shape this one is a nestabilities label 5 i think. but you can use any shape. cut a larger shape and attached to the front of it. The button is also from Crafty ribbons. mattered and layered white and green card, used swiss dots embossing folder and added a thin piece of ribbon.  

Such a quick and simple card with no stamping.

works  as a decoration for your gift boxes too,

Embossing time at CRAFTY CATZ

Hi there my lovely blogger friends....yeah it's Friday, do you feel the same when it comes to Friday? but then it's Sunday night and we are back to Monday morning again...just like that, so quick!!

DT card for CRAFT

Hi there, well it's that time of the year when we have to make those treaded MEN'S CARDS, i find them so hard, it does depend on the image i am using i must admit.... Now this one is from our sponsor and i think it would go with any style because of the wording. This is my DT card for CRAFT and the theme is male card.

Our sponsor's for this week are Crimson cloud  .....Floppy latte designs, this is where the image came from.....Trimgym's digi stamps  and Flonz 

The inside of my card i have added two stamped images of a old style car, i have had this wooden stamp in my collection a little while and it comes in very useful from time to time.

The papers i have had a very long time which i bought from cost co, in a large expandable 12x12 holder, i have loads left and they too come in handy for men's cards..lol
