Well it's another new challenge starting over at CRAFTING WHEN WE CAN and it is a sketch challenge, but you can use any sketch you like from any blog, as long as you link your sketch showing which blog you found it on.....

I have used this adorable image as i have a friend in mind whilst making my card. and i think she will like this image. and i have used these favorite papers of mine.

Tag time at CRAFTY RIBBONS

Hello again.....
It's time again for a new challenge over at CRAFTY RIBBONS to begin, those two weeks went so fast, This week it is MAKE A TAG and with so many pressies been given this next month am sure you will be needing one or two.

Our challenge will run for two weeks so you have lots of time to play along.

I have used a Meljens image he is cute don't you think ! the ribbons are from CRAFTY RIBBONS and i used the cuttle bug to cut the spellbinder label shape.

how unusual is this !!

HELLO.....

i am getting on nicely with my Christmas Cards. it helps when you play along with the challenges going on at the moment, as there is a couple of sketch challenges i have added myself too over on the Do craft site. which i will use to make more Christmas cards with.

My card today as you see is for our "SNOWFLAKES" challenge at CRAFTY CATZ i have used this cute snowman image given to us by our sponsor.....Digital Delights

The backing embossed card is the snowflakes cuttle bug embossing folder and i have added glittered snowflakes.

DIGI time at crafty catz

Afternoon peeps, wow what a grey day it is... a little chilly even. Before you go any further i would just like to say THANK YOU for your lovely comments you all leave on a regular basis i really do APPRECIATE them....

Yep it's Friday and that means a new challenge over at CRAFTY CATZ and we had so many entries last week my finger tips were hurting off typing all the comments..lol

I am sure you will enjoy this weeks challenge also as its "USE A DIGI" and there are a lot of these around lately!!

ANYTHING BUT A CARD

Hi there it's just me again ...What do you think of my desk calender, the object of this was to use these little boxes from CRAFTY RIBBONS which they use as button boxes to send to the customers with the buttons in....now why throw them away when you can make good use of them?? there is only two on here but you could stack more together if need be. I think if you had12/ 14 of them they would make a fab advent calender decorated...as the draws would open from both sides..anyway that's next years project as i need to save all the boxes first..lol

Which leads me too the challenge which is starting today over at CRAFTY RIBBONS CHALLENGE BLOG, "ANYTHING BUT A CARD"

All the ribbon used on here is from CRAFTY RIBBONS love the dotted ribbon, one of my favourite, used a brad to attach the ribbon loops on the front of the boxes to make the draw which can keep your paper clips in or drawing pins or anything really. I have stamped "Today is a new day" on the top next to the calender. Images have just been coloured in grey with a highlighted colour , and the buttons are also from CRAFTY RIBBONS

I am adding this creation to the following challenges

Bows and berries gave us some fab images to play along with and i chose this simple but perfect image for a man's card ....Golfing, Kept things pretty clean, used a plain white card for the embossing which i matted on too light blue card and then dark blue,and added a simple ribbon and candy in the corners.
