Crafty Catz Get well challenge

There is a new challenge starting over at Craftycatz today but it is a extra special one as it is "Get well soon Aunty Sue!!" I think everyone in blog land and Do Crafts will have noticed that Aunty Sue has not been around the last few months, Sue is recovering now at home after been very poorly, so this weeks challenge is for her!

Good Morning..... well it is Thursday and we are up for a new challenge at C.R.A.F.T. and our sponsor is Sew many.

Our challenge is to use vellum on your creation, we were also given a few images to choose from and i chose Oliver on the moon, he looks cute with his little Xmas hat on don't you think!!

I am not sure about the paper i have used as found it amongst loads of other things..lol must have a clear out!, i have embossed my vellum and the sketch i have used is from Quirky crafts

CRAFT colour challenge

Hi..is it cold where you are? it's been freezing here, yep i know it's winter time but it seems so soon don't you think. Anyway enough of my boring weather chit chat..lol It's time for a colour challenge at C.R.A.F.T. challenge this week. Lovely WARM colours. My card looks more reddish tones but these dark nights you have to have the light on..... so you just don't get the true colour.

I have used papermania papers and a FAB image from Kenny K, i love these designs, flowers are cut wit a sizzix die on the cuttlebug.

Fancy a bit of embossing

Good Morning..It's nearly the week end yet again! Our new challenge at C.R.A.F.T. challenge is "Dry embossing" which is so popular these days, with all the embossing folders around!

I have used a cuttlebug folder for my embossing, kept it really simple and added a ribbon ad a few pearls. The image was kindly given by our sponsor.

Hello, just a quick little post tonight, as i have been hopping around in blog land i discovered one stop craft challenge has a fab blog hop going, so here is my card for the challenge which is any thing goes.

My papers, (Penelope and Percy) were new ones to me which suited the challenge over on Do crafts, which was use a Penny Black image and something new, oh and make it a Xmas card, which is perfect for me as i have not done many at all, so this helps me on my way a little to the many i have to make!! lol. I also followed Loretta's sketch on DC.

Crafty Catz DT challenge card

Hiya Yep you guessed it, it's that time again FRIDAY....time for new challenge at Crafty Catz , we have a "Halloween theme" set by our lovely Dianne.

We also have a fab prize from Crafty Ribbons this beautiful box of Breast cancer awareness box of ribbons, how gorgeous do these look!!

My card this week has been made with all digital images which i found on my hop around blog land, with the help of Free digital stamps blog
The bat is hanging from some acetate, and the mummy is on one of those springy things, which makes him shake really well, which i think is brill.

Christmas cracker

Hello..Just finished this card for a challenge over on Do crafts, hosted by incy, thought i might share it with you and also add it into a few challenges.

I really have not made many Christmas cards, i think this is my second one, i must get my self motivated and do more !

I used a cracker template for this one, covered with papers, stamped some little Christmas trees addd glitter stickles, and a gem on the top of tree added these white poinsettia's which are from my stash oh and a little ding a long bell!!

Craft challenge DT card.

Hello well i hope you are reading this as i did schedule this post and sometimes Mr blogger decides to play things his way!! i will be on my way back from Amsterdam this morning, after a couple of days away with hubby on the DFDS ferries, we left on Tuesday on my Birthday so i am sure we will have had a good time.

Now to days card is for C.R.A.F.T. challenge, the theme is "shaped card" other than a square. or rectangle.

I did not have any template for shape card so i used a cd for the circle and a round punch for the half circles or the outer sides.
